Flat Matte UV/LED Top Coat 15ml

Can be used over any hard gel or acrylic to deliver the perfect matte finish. Apply over any hard gel or acrylic, cure for 1 minute LED or 2 minutes UV. Don't forget to cleanse and wipe after curing.
